This post will be useful to all the employees who are working in a private company and their organization is registered under Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO).

In this post, you will see how easy it is to find your PF address and Employer Address and contact details just in the UMANG App.

The below details can be fetched by any employee by using the Search Establishment by name or code and Search EPFO Office under the EPFO General Services in the UMANG App.

  1. The Establishment ID of the company.
  2. Office Address of the company
  3. Address of the PF Office
  4. Contact No of the PF Office
  5. Email id of the PF Office

Earlier, most of the employees used to find their PF address details and Employer’s address on the EPFO official website. But now you can also find the PF address much more easily by just using the UMANG APP.

The UMANG App has provided many facilities about the EPF and other services. The interface of the UMANG App is very easy to use compare to the EPFO official website.

Let’s find the PF address and other details in a step by step procedure in the UMANG APP within few minutes.

How to Search Establishment by Name in UMANG App

Here are the below step by step procedure to search your employer address by name
Step 1: Open UMANG App and click on the All Services option. (or else directly type EPFO in the search)
Click on All Services - UMANG App (EPFO)
Click on All Services – UMANG App (EPFO)

Step 2:  Under All Services, click on EPFO (to use EPFO services)

Click on EPFO - UMANG App (EPFO)
Click on EPFO – UMANG App (EPFO)

Step3: Scroll down and under General Services, select Search Establishment

Select Search Establishment - UMANG App (EPFO)

Step 4: Under Search Establishment

  • Tick on the By Name 
  • Enter the Establishment Name (company name)
  • Select the State (a state in which office is located)
  • Select District (district under the particular state where the office is situated)
  • Click on Submit button

Once you fill in all details and click on Submit button. Your employer’s address will be shown below the Submit button with Establishment Name, Establishment Id/Code, Address, State, and Office (name).

Note: Once your complete employer details are shown up, cross-check the regional code and office code from the Establishment ID with the monthly salary slip.

Note:  The code to be entered is of 7 digits Establishment Code (can be found on UAN Member Portal, Passbook, and Salary slip)
Select Search Establishment By Code - UMANG App (EPFO)

For Example 1: If your member id is THVSH01183630000071847 (22 digits) in the UAN Member portal or in Passbook. After the regional and office code the 7 digits follow (i.e 0118363) and enter the code above in the text box.
For Example 2: If your PF number is shown TH/VSH/118363/71847 (16 digits) in the Monthly Salary Slip. After the regional and office code add 0 in front of 6 digits number(i.e 0118363) and enter the code above in the text box.
  • Tick on the By Code
  • Enter Code No (refer to the above two examples to obtain your Establishment Code)
  • Click on Submit button

Once you fill in all details and click on Submit button. Your employer’s address will be shown below the Submit button with Establishment Name, Establishment Id/Code, Address, State, and Office (name).

How to Search EPFO (EPF Address)

The EPF address can be easily identified by referring to the regional code and the office code of your PF Number.
Let’s find out the EPF Address and Contact details in the below steps.
Step 1: Open UMANG App and click on the All Services option. (or else directly type EPFO in the search)

Step 2:  Under All Services, click on EPFO (to use EPFO services)

Click on EPFO - UMANG App (EPFO)
Click on EPFO – UMANG App (EPFO)

Step3: Scroll down and under General Services, select Search EPFO Office

Step 4: Enter your state and district (identified by the regional code mentioned in the pf number)

For Example: In my case, the pf number/member id is THVSH01183630000071847 (22 digits).
From the above pf number, my regional code (district) is TH (Thane) which comes under the State Maharasthra. So the field I need to enter for the State is Maharasthra and District as Thane. (Check your’s State and District from your member id)
Finally, the EPFO address is shown along with the contact details and email id.
